Discovery
Every project starts with a deep conversation. We learn about your business, your audience, what's working now, and where you want to go. No templates, no assumptions — just focused questions so we design the right thing, not just a nice thing.

Strategy
Before a single colour is chosen, we map the site's content architecture and user flow. What pages exist, what each one does, and how visitors move through it. This prevents expensive redesigns later and gives your site a spine that holds everything together.

Design
High-fidelity mockups built in Figma. Typography, colour, spacing, and imagery all dialled in before a line of code is written. You review, give feedback, and we refine until it's exactly right. Two rounds of revisions are included — because good design is a conversation.

Build
We build in clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — or your preferred CMS (Webflow, WordPress, Shopify). Every site is mobile-first, accessibility-conscious, and optimised for speed. You'll receive a staging link to review the live build before it goes public.

Launch
We handle the go-live: domain, DNS, SSL, and redirects. Once your site is live we stay close — a 30-day post-launch support window means any issues get fixed immediately, at no extra cost.

Every element on the page exists for a reason. If it doesn't help the user or serve the goal, it doesn't make the cut.

Most projects go from brief to live site in 4–6 weeks. A single landing page can be faster — 2 weeks is realistic. Larger e-commerce builds may run 8–10 weeks. We agree on the timeline upfront and stick to it.
Ideally: a rough idea of what you want, any existing brand assets (logo, fonts, colours), and a rough sense of your budget. You don't need to have everything figured out — that's what the Discovery phase is for.
Two full rounds of design revisions are included in every package. Additional rounds can be added at a flat rate. In practice, most projects wrap well within two rounds because we do thorough discovery work upfront.
Yes — every site includes CMS integration and a 30-minute handover session. You'll be able to update text, images, blog posts, and products without touching any code. If you prefer not to, we offer monthly retainers for ongoing updates.
50% deposit to begin, 50% on launch day. For larger projects we can split into three payments across milestones. All prices are quoted in ZAR and invoiced digitally. No surprises.
Absolutely. We work with clients worldwide. All communication happens over email, WhatsApp, or video call — it doesn't matter where you are. We've successfully delivered projects across multiple time zones.
